What does this solution provide?
Software maintenance and technical partnership is a working model for keeping a live product running and secure, and improving it steadily, on a predictable monthly capacity.
Launching a product isn't the finish line; the real work starts afterward. It needs to stay stable and secure, and to keep evolving at the same time. Instead of stepping in task by task as issues come up, this solution gives you a steady monthly technical capacity that scales to what you need.
Instead of re-quoting every task like an agency, we work as an extension of your team. Decisions are made directly at the engineer level, so the architecture stays sound and technical debt is managed before it piles up. Every month, you see concrete progress in your product.
How does the process work?
To keep the partnership transparent and measurable, we follow a clear rhythm:
- Discovery and current-state analysis: We review the product, codebase, infrastructure, and your priorities, surfacing risks and quick wins.
- Scope and capacity definition: We define the monthly hours range, response times, and prioritization rules together.
- Roadmap and prioritization: We order work items by value and urgency and plan transparently what each month will deliver.
- Development and review: We work with code review, testing, and release management, shipping changes in a controlled way.
- Regular reporting: We periodically share completed work, capacity spent, and next steps.
Use cases
We have experience with this model across different scales and industries. Main areas:
- Payment-critical fintech environment: High-volume systems where security is paramount; architecture and performance decisions in a continuously running system.
- AI-powered product: Sustaining and growing an AI-supported platform for manufacturing, advancing integrations and data flows safely.
- Enterprise, permission-layered systems: Long-term maintenance and development of an enterprise resource management platform with finance, employee, and field-support modules.
- ERP and e-commerce: Regular improvements and new feature development in an ERP environment covering modules such as orders, warehouse-stock, and accounting.

Frequently asked questions
What exactly does the monthly fee cover?
Each tier corresponds to a defined range of monthly reserved hours. We use this capacity for bug fixing, updates, new feature development, performance improvements, and technical consulting. We clarify scope and prioritization rules up front; prices are from the stated amount and up, excluding VAT.
How long is the contract, and is there a commitment?
The engagement usually runs on a monthly renewing model. Instead of forcing a long-term commitment, we prefer that the value delivered each month is visible. As needs change, we can move the tier up or down.
Do unused hours roll over to the next month?
We agree on this at the start. For products with varying intensity, a flexible roll-over rule is possible; the goal is for reserved capacity to turn into value rather than waste.
Who owns the code and the product?
The product and all source code produced belong to you. We work as a technical partner; ownership, documentation, and handover of everything created stay with you.
How is the security of our data ensured?
We manage access with the principle of least privilege, avoid writing sensitive data to logs, and apply the experience we gained in security-critical environments. If you have confidentiality requirements, we set up the working model accordingly.
Can we work together if we are outside İzmir?
Yes. We work across Türkiye and remotely. Because we run the process with regular meetings, a transparent roadmap, and periodic reporting, geographic location is not an obstacle.
Will you take over software built by another company?
Yes. We can take over a product built by another team. We usually start with a short current-state analysis, understand the codebase and infrastructure, and surface risks and quick wins.
If you want the existing software assessed first, Software Consulting and Assessment may be a better starting point.
Can you integrate with our existing systems?
Yes. We are experienced with integrating ERP, CRM, payment infrastructures, and third-party services. We review the interfaces of your existing systems and build a secure, sustainable integration.
How fast will I get a response when there is an urgent issue?
Response times depend on the tier you choose. In core technical partnership and SLA-defined models we define prioritized intervention and shorter response times; in critical periods we can reserve intensive capacity.
What is the difference between maintenance and active development?
Maintenance focuses on stability and continuity: bug fixing, updates, and small improvements. Growth-focused development moves the product forward by adding new features. In most products the two run together; we adjust the balance to need.
Can I have a one-off piece of work done too?
A continuous partnership is not required. For a clearly scoped, one-off build, Software Development may be the better path. Maintenance and technical partnership are for products that need continuity.
